What annoys me is the fact that rank 5 and rank 6 legendary runecarving pieces just don't exist on my server cluster. I'll let others do the seething for me, though that already seems to be the case. Blizzard should have made it so the +2 ranks item is to be applied to a already made runecarving piece. Missing out on 20 Cinders isn't the end of the world, but I agree with others that it should have been put in place next reset, not after people have already done there runs for the week. I understand the developers are doing what they can and making changes as deemed appropriate, but I have zero compassion for the penny pinchers at Activision/Blizzard that won't pony up a bit more dough to get these folks some help.
